Master Movers!
Movers arrived with a dolly with a flat tire, one man was a 2 day temp employee with no experience the other an office wkr. although I was packed and organized they spent hours wrapping an taping my furniture for the move. I had 3 extra men to help load but it took from 10 am to 7:30pm just to load a 26' truck, the 2 hour drive became a 3.5 drive due to the slow truck, the unloading took until 1am, and the men left without putting the furniture they took apart back together ie no bed, no dining room table.
Desk was damaged, scrapes on entertainment center etc... and in the end they did not move all the things on the pre approved list, I rented a truck to finish the move. I believe the inexperience led to the extra time charges as I was paying an hourly rate. There was no follow up call from the company and although I called them they promised to look into this and call me back they have not returned the call. Disappointing at best.
