Serenity/Becken's

Beckens and Serenity worked in conjunction with each other and there were numerous problems as a result. We paid a premium for a guaranteed delivery date that was missed by a week. The delivery driver informed me that they didn't even leave until the date they guaranteed delivery, and they refuse to refund.

They misplaced a $600 deposit I made, and came in at 190% over the original estimate when all was said and done. Items that were initially wrapped and put on the truck came off unwrapped, scratched, and broken upon delivery. Our items were transfered from one truck to another at which time I assume the damage was done.

We estimate that it will cost $600 to repair the damage, but Beckens/Serenity only cuts a check for what they estimate the items are worth as part of a per pound estimate. This is assuming we get a check as we are still currently in the process of rectifying the claims with little success.
