The move itself was good -- I was happy with the crew that did my move, they were polite, and worked as quick as they could. I do not have anything bad to say about them, they were great!

However, the lady arranging the moves was terrible at communicating. I was told that my move would not be on time because of personal reasons with one of the staff, which was fine. She was going to arrange another team to take over and told me that she would call me back in 45 minutes. I wasn't able to get ahold of anybody to find out what was going on for almost 5 hours.

I  I remember Sandra very well. The guys were late to the job because foreman's mother had a stroke a few days before and had a turn for the worse. I let him off the job and had to find a replacement. I didn't anticipate it taking as long as it did, but it was hard to find an extra foreman on such short notice. We apologize for the inconvenience and of course never like to leave our customers unhappy.
