My Move
In process of getting discount for move, was scheduled for time frame of 12-4 and call 2 times to push time back, and then did not show up til after 7 pm. I had to re-schedule my night and was very frustrating! They were sorry but feel I should be discounted for the move.

In our industry there are some factors that are out of our control. A truck breaking down is one of them. Although all of our trucks are new (within 3-4 years) they still have problems. We sincerely apologize for the delay. We were only able to pass on the information we received from the repair shop, thus the two phone calls to push back the time.
