The person giving the quote was off on his prices. Even the final price of $360 was a negotiation and they were trying to charge at a few points between $100-$200 more than the quote.

The man on the phone stated unequivocally that wrapping mattresses and mirrors was included, but there were charges for all of those things. I was told I would get a flat rate of $300 after having told him every piece of furniture to be moved.

The actual men moving were good; the other staff was not. They will be very polite and accommodating but when you try to hold them to what they promised you they are rude and unhelpful.
