What a mistake
The agent should've given me a more accurate cost estimate for the move. I ended up paying much more than the original estimate. When it was time to unload at the destination, I did not get a phone call to get prepared for the arrival of the truck because we had to do some cleaning in advance. The excuse of the driver was that he had called the secondary contact number. The staff had a tendency to pile up all the boxes in the middle of the living room or in places they didn't belong, even though I told them repeatedly that they should ask me where each box should be placed. As a result, I ended up hauling boxes around after the movers had left. Some items were missing tags. A couple of items were broken during the move.
