Missing in action--customer service
The dispatcher sent the moving company out over two hours early telling them that it was okay which it was not. After an initial bumpy start the guys, were excellent. They worked hard and moved as quickly as they could.
However, one very expensive shoe was left in a wardrobe box. I called the dispatcher the next day asked for a search. Ben not only did not look but failed to return my calls. I left a message for another supervisor who also did not return my calls. Today I again called and spoke to someone who stated he would look into it and call me back. As has been the pattern--no return call.
Meanwhile my one shoe is riding around in the moving truck and no one cares.
