I had a piece to my bed frame broken, a couple things with minor scratches and my ironing board was broken. The staff was very nice and obvious had a lot of experience. I did not like that they gave a two-hour window in which the movers would show up. I have never heard of such a thing before. They did not arrive until 10 minutes after the two-hour window. That was annoying.
