Movers did not show up

Dorotyea, ,the receptionist was most efficient. She told me she had a two hour window on Saturday from 2-4 and called back to confirm. I agreed to $75 an hour for three men. She said they would call half an hour before they came. We began waiting for them at 1 p.m. on Saturday. I had earlier called their office for a head's up as to when they might arrive and discovered the office is closed on Saturday with only the ability to leave messages. At 3:35 on Saturday, the movers called and said they would not be there until 7. After five p.m. they called my daughter and said they would not be there until the following day. You notice they did not have the courtesy or courage to call me. I immediately called back and left a message that we would not use their services. Amazingly, they called the next morning and said they were there. We had luckily found another mover for Saturday night. On a scale of 1-10, I would give them a minus zero. Excaliber was quite courteous on the telephone, but they could not do the move on Saturday.
