Although the movers themselves were courteous and worked hard, the sales person, the office staff, and the dispatcher were not good.
The movers were late by several hours and the dispatcher was rude. To keep me from canceling before the movers arrived late, the office staff assured me that I would be compensated for their failure to honor their contract. When the movers finally arrived, the dispatcher tried to offer a 3% discount.
After haggling with him, he raised his discount to 5%. When I stated that this was still unacceptable, the dispatcher threatened to pull his truck and crew. This would have left us without a mover on a very hot day.
