the neverending nightmare

The company that moved me was zen van lines and I did not like doing business with them. They charged me 5% for using and American Express card and then when the movers arrived and wanted the balance in cash, they refused to deliver my goods when I said to leave it on the American Express card. I don't carry around cash like that.
