Not Happy

The staff at the office that booked the job was not very helpful on the phone. They didn't give direct answers to questions about cost of moving materials or how many hours it would actually take to get an accurate quote. When we realized we would in fact need packing supplies they wanted to charge us $5.00 per box. We went on another trip to the store ourselves to avoid that. They raided my garage fridge and took expensive bottles of water, soy milk and energy drinks -- all without asking. I was furious, but of course you don't want to aggravate the guys that are handling your most precious items. The truck they arrived in wouldn't fit all of our things, so they had to make two trips -- which of course is quadruple mileage. In the middle of the afternoon he had the audacity to ask if we would go get them lunch and expected us to pay for it. We told them to go get it themselves and take an hour off the clock. At the end of the day they tried to overcharge us for the hours worked, $70 for a six-pack of packing tape and we had to get the supervisor on the phone to finish off the night because we refused to pay what he wanted. We personally felt the lead guy was trying to rip us off and get a tip at the end. Never again would I use or recommend this company
