Not Happy With My Move

Originally, we booked with Nationwide who then gave our move to Worldwide. I was told by the customer service rep that we would be notified prior to delivery and could arrange a convenient time with the drivers for drop-off. The crew that picked up our son's belongings in Chicago was several hours late on the designated day. No phone call to let him know. I was told by Worldwide that she would call and let us know when delivery would be made in Austin, probably Thursday or Friday. We received a call at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday by the driver who stated that he was three to three and a half hours out and wanted to make delivery that night. We told him “no” due to how late his arrival would be. He then calls back and says he just realized he's only 90 miles out and the customer service rep would like to talk with me about delivery. I was told to call the customer service rep. (Why couldn't she call me?) I called the customer service rep and she said that she had a customer in Alabama demanding delivery for the next day and that the movers would be here by 9 or 9:30. They finally arrived at 10:30 p.m. and were still unloading at 11p.m. Nothing was as represented— the actual moving company, the estimate, the method of payment and the timing on both ends. We would strongly not recommend Worldwide.

We will be talking with Worldwide about there communication with the customers so that this will not happen again. They should not have been delivering that late.
