What a nightmare
I was promised a one or two day delivery due to the short distance of the move (424 miles). I was told that the movers would be there to load around 7a.m. and they got there after 9a.m. This was on March 26, 2010 where the driver originally informed me that I would not get my "stuff" until April 1st. I told him that seven days was not acceptable and that I was promised a one-two day delivery. He then told me that the best case scenario would be a delivery on Tuesday morning. They did not arrived until after 9a.m. on Wednesday. This was six days after they picked my stuff up. I called and emailed the employee (salesperson who set up my move) and never got a return call, nor a response to my emails. I felt that I got the disappearing salesman act from her. There was never a "damage control" follow up call after the sale. I am very disappointed.

Response from Nationwide Moving Services LLC
We are very sorry that the driver was unable to complete your move in the desired amount of time. As a company, we will try to be more knowledgeable with moving dates and times with the driver’s routes, as well as make sure that the drivers work for the customers and not themselves. Again, thank you for bringing this to our attention and this will not happen again.
