Awful

I was advised that I would be moved by employees of the company on 11/16/09. Instead, another independent moving company finally came late 11/17/09. The office with whom I contracted never returned my calls or messages. I was informed of certain things, such as the mattresses would be put in plastic, the movers would have large boxes, and it was all a lie. I had to run to a storage place to obtain these items while they were loading the truck. A glass table was broken and the response on this claim is nil.
