Bad move

Completely broken desk, we did not even accept it. Scratches and actual gouges on everything from headboards to bed side rails, picture frames, metal barstools and stereo stands. When talking with the mover origanlly, he stated everything would be packed and covered with blankets, nothing was packed as I got a lot of stuff individually. I told the mover all the boxes needed to be reinforced at the bottom, none of them were and I am missing one box of dishes and several small rugs.
