Moving nightmare
The movers were supposed to show up at 10 a.m. They arrived at 5 p.m. They hit a tree with the truck when they came onto the property and gouged a hole in their trailer, which resulted in them cutting a large branch off one of my trees. The put a hole in the wall of the old house. They packed things that were not on my inventory and did not pack things that were. They did not weigh the truck after they loaded my shipment, so the weight was never determined. The relocation company hired a moving company, which in turn sub-contracted the move to a third party, so I never really knew who was in charge. When I had questions or concerns, people were not immediately available. It was the worst move I have ever had and I hope to never have to move my belongings again.
