I tried to cancel the move after the movers arrived due to the additional charges I was informed of, such as $23 to move each television, $36 to move any items that had glass (entertainment center had 3 pieces), and .80 per foot to wrap with bubble rap. I was very disapponted and not advised by estimator about these charges. I do not recommend this company.

Ms. Crist called our office and did express her concerns regarding the cost of packing materials; she claimed she did not understand that the boxes will be charged extra.

Please review the part posted bellow, as it is an excerpt from Ms. Crist's confirmation contract, sent over to her days before her move: "Please make sure all the breakable items such as glass and electronics will be properly packed. Any non reusable packing materials will be at additional charge."

Even though we did notify Ms. Crist regarding the possible additional charges over the phone, and we did confirm it also in writing in her contract, Ms. Crist still missed it. We did everything possible to clearly explain what is and is not included in our price per hour. Our claim department has already contacted Ms. Crist and has resolved the issues regarding the charges.

Although the movers themselves were courteous and worked hard, the sales person, the office staff, and the dispatcher were not good.
