Good move, bad estimate

The movers were very nice and great. The person who quoted me asked if i needed anything packed... I said no, that I only needed furniture wrapped. They did not tell me that was going to cost a ridiculous amount of money extra (and everything needed to be wrapped ... even if it was an piece I didn't care about).

They knew I was on the second floor moving to a first floor. They did not tell me it was going to be extra for being on the second floor. At the end of the day, it ended up costing around the same amount as other quotes but I was very unhappy since I could not truly compare prices since their quote was wrong.

When moving, plan on spending a lot more money than what is stated on your estimate.

They did not show up on time. They gave me a rate of $350 and never said anything about paying for tolls and that they were 2 1/2 hours away. I got ripped off.
