Afternoon Move

The move itself was good.... when it started. USA Relocation gave me an arrival time of between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. They arrived at 7:50 p.m. -- I had to keep calling and they couldn't give me a reason for such a delay. I think they had to be overbooked and did not know how to communicate that.

The movers worked hard and could not be blamed, but the office staff was not good. I would not recommend this company.

The movers were on time and packed all  of our furniture with excellent care. They were hard working and worth the money.
