Olympia Moving
The reason I picked Olympia was because I needed to move out of one apartment on Friday but couldn't move into the other until Saturday. They offered to store my stuff overnight for free so I thought that was the best deal. They came an hour and a half after their scheduled move time which was between 1-3.
I ended up having to move my stuff out while the new tenant was moving his in. When I was trying to contact the moving company in regards to where my movers were, no one was answering the phone and no one was calling me back. I was told the movers would contact me and instead of calling the main number I had given them and the number I kept calling them from, they were calling my work phone number and I didn't get those messages until the next week when I returned to work.
Once there the movers estimated it would take 3 hours to load the truck and wrap everything when all my belongings were already moved into one room. I told them I wouldn't sign anything until after the move, which was a good idea because it only took them 45 minutes to load all my stuff in the truck. I also had to continue to pay them to unload my stuff into their storage facility and even though it only took 45 minutes to load the truck and take stuff down the stairs, they estimated it would take an hour to unload the truck into the storage unit.
The next day they did show up on time and unloaded my stuff in a timely manner but a wood corner bar that I have that was wrapped up was broken and they never reported it to me. There were holes on the bottom of my couch, and scratches on some of my bookcases. None of which was pointed out to me and none of which I noticed until I unwrapped them after the movers left. I would not recommend them.
