Former Miami home of Jennifer Lopez ready for buyers

August 30, 2012 - Zillow reports that a Miami home previously owned by singer Jennifer Lopez is ready for buyers to begin moving boxes in, as it was recently listed for sale. While it has not been reported how much the star initially paid for the home, the source notes she sold it back in 2005 for $12.9 million.

The Miami couple who purchased the home, Mark and Elyse Gainor, first listed the home for sale back in at $29 million before relisting it in 2011 with a significantly higher $42.5 million. It went on to see a lowered price earlier this year, when it was reduced to $34.5 million, but it's updated its latest listing price will allow movers to start calling for movers after paying an even $40 million.

With more than 12,000 square feet of living space, seven bedrooms and nine-and-a-half bathrooms, the estate offers there's plenty of room and privacy provided by it's 1.21 acre property. {del space} To go along with the high square footage, the estate offers plenty of celebrity-grade features including an in-home theater, a chef's kitchen, a wine cellar, vaulted and beamed ceilings, hardwood flooring and a private terrace located off the home's master suite.

While J-Lo has since moved on to live in multiple houses within the last seven years, it has not been reported where the couple will be relocating to.
