Utah Jazz player Devin Harris lists former Dallas home for sale

May 18, 2012 - NBA point guard Devin Harris is cutting his final ties with the Dallas Mavericks by listing his home in the city for sale. While it has not been reported how much he paid for the home back in 2006, Realtor.com reports the basketball star is asking for $2.1 million.

Harris was first drafted to the Washington Wizards in 2004 but was traded to the Mavericks before playing a single game. After three-and-a-half years he was shipped to the New Jersey Nets and in 2011 was traded to the Utah Jazz.

The Mediterranean-style home was built in 2006 and sits on half an acre of land in the affluent and very private Green Park community in Dallas. With 7,464 square feet of living space, the home offers five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Some notable features of the estate include a game room, home theater, multiple fireplaces and balconies that overlook the pool and fireplace in the home's backyard.

Reports haven't said whether Harris had already shipped his moving boxes out of the home, but he likely used moving services for the long-distance move.
