NFL star Tom Brady finally finds buyers for Boston condo

June 29, 2012 - New sources report that New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his wife, supermodel Gisele Bundchen, have finally sold one of their condos located in the Boston neighborhood of Back Bay. The home's location on Beacon Street helped boost the asking price to $10.9 million, while buyers will be moving boxes in after paying $9.2 million.

The two-story condo measures 5,311 square feet and has a total of seven rooms including three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. With views of the Charles River via the home's roof deck, other building amenities include garage parking, doorman services, a gym and a club room. Inside, the condo has two fireplaces, his-and-her dressing rooms and vaulted ceilings.

Bundchen was recently dubbed the highest paid model in the world and while Brady will be returning to the Massachusetts football team, the pair will be living in a custom-built mansion in the affluent Los Angeles neighborhood of Brentwood. With 22,000 square feet of living space, they won't likely regret moving boxes out of the smaller condo on the east coast.
