I am sorry to hear you were not 100% satisfied with your relocation. I attempted to locate a claim for you, but there is nothing on record. In the event that there are any type of damages you must report them to our office within ten (10) days. Had this been brought to our attention we would have investigated your claim and taken full responsibility for anything that was damaged had we been at fault.
