We felt there was something strange going on in the beginning (e.g. charging $20 for the mattresses on the bunk beds - The inventory showed bunk beds and it seems obvious that would also include the mattresses). All-in-all great, this was a great moving experience.

We strive to be the best and get the best accurate inventory as possible but sometimes the movers have to correct it in the field based on insurance purposes.
