Our office tries to make sure that we give all customers the notification they are looking for regarding pick up and delivery times. Final pick up and delivery dates should be provided no later than 24 hours before the date(s) on the estimate. However, this customer's final charges were within 10% of his original estimate and only because additional services were requested after the final estimate was prepared. We try at all costs to meet each of our customers expectations regarding the level of service we provide.
