My move
Good grades for the move itself, but the movers got lost on the way to the second place, and I think I was charged for the time. It took them 40 minutes longer to show up than my driving.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you were satisfied with your relocation. I just wanted to clarify the travel time. You were not charged for the time it took our movers to arrive. When you first reveived your estimate with the travel time listed that is the total travel time you were charged. This charge does not change. Two fees that do not change are the fuel and the travel. The labor is what may fluctuate because it is based on an hourly rate. You are only charged for what the actual labor time comes to. Hopefully this clears things up a bit. Thank you for your business!
