The moving crew arrived very late. Because of this, I moved many of the contracted items myself but they will not give me any credit (reduction in price) to me.

I am sorry to hear about this. We love to be on time with every move but unfortunately some of the days moves run a little late so therefore the next customer move will run a little late.
