Fragile

I marked all of my boxes with their contents (glass, books, pots) and labeled if they were fragile or heavy. They stacked my heavy book boxes on top of my fragile boxes with my fine stemware and dishes. I haven't completely unpacked to see if anything is broken but I was very bothered when I witnessed this.

I can't say enough about how STI agents handled our move. They went above and beyond. There was a date concern so we did not initially arrange the move with STI.
