Our office tries to make sure that we give all customers the notification they are looking for regarding pick up and delivery times. Final pick up and delivery dates should be provided no later than 24 hours before the date(s) on the estimate. However, this customer's final charges were within 10% of his original estimate and only because additional services were requested after the final estimate was prepared. We try at all costs to meet each of our customers expectations regarding the level of service we provide.

The actual movers did an outstanding job, the problem was with the office and the dates and times. All in all we were fairly well satisfied.

The packing up was swift, orderly, neat, and very professional. The unpacking also fast and time was seen of the essence. The beds and dressers were the only things set up, so much unpacking was left ...
