Not Good
I was told that padding and
insurance was part of the estimate. But movers said it was not so they did not pad my furniture. They broke the end piece of my armoire, the side of my sofa and my loveseat was dragged in dirt. The movers pulled my mattresses down the hallway. They broke the JVC sign off the television. One of the movers was on his cell phone thoughout talking to his girlfriend. They did not have change so they kept my eight dollars.

Response from Sasha Transport
Everything was explained in great deal to the client. In regards to the wrapping the blankets are free of charge and tape is $2 per roll for a local move, again this was explained to the client. A. Thomas opted to sign a waiver form requesting and I quote "Do not wrap anything" which a copy was given to the customer. The client opted not to spend the extra money on tape so we can take the necessary steps to assure that nothing was damaged. The customers account of how items were "dragged and the JVC sign was broken" was exaggerated. We take a lot of pride in properly assessing and performing moves and can assure all future clients that this is a very rare occurrence of a client not wanting us to properly protect and mover her items.
