On Ttme, surprise costs

The only issue I had with this moving company was the surprise extra costs at the end. In my original contract it was clearly stated that the stair fee was waved, but when the movers came they demanded that extra fee. I had to negotiate for almost two hours before I could come to an agreement and have my things brought to my apartment. The moving company should have incurred those fees for telling me one thing and charging me another.
