This was a very stressful experience. The movers spoke limited English and were extremely late picking up our stuff (2 and a half hours) and they were late dropping off our stuff. They didn't ever give me a final total on the weight of our stuff or a final price for our stuff until the day they were to drop it off and even though I had already given them 600 hundred dollars, they held my stuff until I gave them the rest of the money even though they didn't follow through on giving me the info for the final estimate after our stuff had been waived.

I can't say enough about how STI agents handled our move. They went above and beyond. There was a date concern so we did not initially arrange the move with STI.
