Apartment Movers

Terrible

I was excited about using Apartment Movers because they had been recommended by a friend, and they were moving me for a very low price. They were supposed to arrive between 2 and 5 pm. They did not but they did not show until 10 pm. They did not even have the courtesy to let me know they were running late. I called them (the dispatchers) several times to see what was going on, and apparently the movers were held back by the move ahead of me because those customers had added a lot of things to the move. Anyway, every time I would call the dispatcher they would say "they are unloading and are almost done," "will be leaving in about an hour," etc. Finally I ended up just getting the driver's number and calling him. I understand the reason for them being late, but they should have either provided a different truck, given me a discount, or something. I found it very discourteous that they didn't even bother calling me. When we finally arrived at my new apartment, my wooden furniture was very scratched. I will never use these movers again.
