I was given a pick up window of 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. At 2 p.m., I called to confirm they were still going to show by 3 p.m., I was told they were on their way and would arrive in 15 minutes. At 3:45 p.m. - I was still waiting. I called again and was told they were still unloading at their previous stop and would not be arriving until 6 p.m. they finally arrived at 5:30 p.m. and started loading, I walked out to the truck to check on the progress and realized they were not using furniture pads, I asked one of the workers why, but he did not speak English and did not understand. Amazingly, they found pads. Once loaded, it took them two hours to drive the 30 miles to my new home. They finally finished unloading at 9:30p.m. I had to call them back the following morning to check their truck for bed rails I couldn't find, I was not surprised with the answer - they were still on the truck and had to come back out and drop them off.
