The movers were good but not as careful as I would have liked. They were too fast which in the long run lowered the cost but I had asked for certain things to be wrapped which did not get wrapped and ultimately 2 things got scratched.

Since they know you are paying based on the hour, they try their hardest to perform the move as efficiently as possible. At the same time they have to be careful and make sure that none of your items are damaged. It is a difficult balance strike.
