Bad Experience/ Nightmare

The movers showed up three hours late, no one from the company even call to let me know that they were going to be late. I was lied to on the phone by the phone opperater telling me that the movers should have been there already but, then I found out that they were still one hour and 20 minutes away. My moving time was schedule for 10am and the movers didn't arrive until 1pm and the guy in charge was not very polite when he showed up. I thought that they were very unprofessional and had no respect

Please note that it is a company policy to call prior to arriving/being late to a move. When booking the move customer was advised that we have a morning shift booked and we will call her as we had her way. We also mentioned that we hope we will be there by 10am. Unfortunately we were late. We do apologize for that but again customer was advised that we will call her as we head her way.

Saying that the mover was not apologetic - we can't look into that, it has been a while since the actual move. But we will reinforce that mater to the movers as we have no intention of keeping a customer waiting and manors are very important to us. Many customers who review our work mention that our movers are polite and professional;.

We are happy to learn that the actual move was good and again we regret that she had to wait, delays do happen and she was advised on that.

We wish the customer a happy new year!
