Not a good experience
They didn´t show up the day of the service and no one call me to tell me that they were not coming. I had to call them myself to get an explanation and then they decided that they will be there the following day (Sunday) at 7:00a.m. When I asked if it could be later they answered that it had to be at that time because they had other jobs to take care of, so I had no choice but to take it or leave it. I had to take it because it was the last day that I had to move from my old apartment without paying extra rent days. I will not recommend this
moving company.

Indeed the customer is right, there was an error in the main office scheduling, the office manager, which is no longer with us to explain it in her own words, didn't place her on the schedule correctly and we do sincerely apologies but we weren't able to correct that problem since our teams were out already.Aug is a very busy month.
On Aug the 26th we sent a survey email to try and get a feed back from the customer but We had no response. we try to Survey all our jobs.
