Bad Move
All Star Movers misled me on how long it would take to deliver my possessions. I believed my representative who told me it would take about a week. I ended up spending two weeks in a hotel, awaiting the arrival of the van. They cost me hundreds of dollars in added hotel expenses and other fees. When I complained to the management he accused me of speaking disrespectfully because I called them on their misleading me. In other words, I became the bad guy. They did not show up when they said they would, taking two weeks. Had they been straight with me I would have waited at least a week before driving 1,200 miles to meet the
moving van.
