Not Happy
One of the movers ruined my leather chair. It was a very large round chair, and one of the guys decided that to save himself some work, he would just flip my leather chair on its side on the concrete walkway outside and roll it/ Then, to compound his destruction of my property, he then tried to squeeze it between the stairwell and a stucco wall. And the
moving company says they can only reimburse me $0.60 per pound. That does not cover the cost of a $500 piece of furniture that can no longer be used. I do not consider this to be normal wear and tear that is to be expected during a move. This man showed blatant disregard for my possessions. I am very disappointed.
