Communication breakdown

I picked Sasha because their bid was good, and they seemed really on the ball. When the movers came I was charged extra for cardboard and shrink wrap, which the movers felt I needed beyond the free blankets for packing. After complaining some of the cardboard charge was deducted. During the move which took 15 days even though my broker kept saying it would be up to 10 days, I was subjected to unreturned phone calls day-after-day whilst trying to get some arrival dates. I also learned to be careful how you pack and that even triple wrapping item in newspaper is not enough. Half the glassware was broken to shards due to rough handling.
