Review of Starlight Relocation

The original estimate was very low compared to the actual cost. The movers did not adequately explain the costs did not associate with using their supplies, nor did they keep me abreast of what supplies were being used. The movers also used some supplies without my consent or approval. Some of the wrapping of furniture that I thought was normal services turned out to be at additional costs. I was totally astounded by the total costs when I had estimated that it would cost about $700 based upon $65 per hour and 10 hours of work. I will never use this firm again, nor recommend them to anyone. If I did not have the funds available I would not have paid them for the services. The movers wanted payment prior to off loading my belonging which was like holding me hostage to the charges being sought and the signatures they required certifying that everything was done in accordance to law.
