Minimal Disclosure
1. In the written estimate it stated that payment by credit card is one option. When we arrived at the destination the driver tried to charge me 6% more "because that is our policy." I did not pay that.
2. The truck made an unannounced one hour stop for the men to eat. I thought they had gotten lost and called to office to track them down.
3. The driver was very aggressive in demanding tips (which I would have given anyway).
4. The original estimate did not include a reasonable guess on the charges of additional packing materials. The additional $300 was a big surprise and seemed rather excessive for a bunch of packing tape and some bubble wrap
5. Ultimately, they got us there and there was no damage. However, I felt they were not really honest with their quote. I suspect that other companies operate similarly because other quotes I received were very close to one another.
