Move Day
There was a small crack in the headboard of our bed that was not there before the move, and also a few small scratches on the footboard. I didn't figure there was anything that could be done about it, so I didn't even bother calling.

Our policy is .60 cents per pound as regualted by the states. I will forward this info to that city's manager and have him start the process of the claim for you.
