A Subcontracted Mover

The mover was disgruntled from the beginning because he claimed that bed disassembly is only allowed on by-the-hour jobs, not itemized jobs. He was on the phone over 25 times during the move, and it took he and his assistant six hours to move my one bedroom apartment. This move included only 25 boxes and about 10 pieces of basic furniture. They did not have adequate tools and they only had about four blankets and no plastic. They scratched up my bed frame fairly seriously and kept complaining. At one point, I just started helping them because it was taking so long. They were subcontracted from the original moving company I booked and I will not ever accept that again.

Worse move I ever had. Will never use this company again. They left items in the driveway and also left the owners who were suppose to follow them. Driver and employees had a bad attitude.
