Move to Indy

Overall, the experience was very positive. The movers were late both on the pick up and drop off but they were very courteous and called to inform of delays. Once the movers arrived, they were very professional and treated my belongings with a great deal of care. Due to power outages on the delivery drop off date, they were delayed until after 10pm. The movers offered to still come that evening and they were there until after 1am unloading furniture. I appreciated the late night delivery because it would have been difficult for me to rearrange my schedule the following day. The guys did an excellent job. The only negative is that it seems like the weight estimates are always low so I would review the inventory list and challenge the estimated weight values with the customer service representative.
