Be careful of all their exclusions and find out why they only let you have type "A" coverage and "B" is not available. Even though all boxes had up arrows and some even marked fragile, we found over 1/3 of the
boxes upside down. They smashed the hutch to my desk and then tried to tell me it was fine. One side was broken in half and the back was bowed and broken. It was fairly large, purchased from Staples, and was part of a 3 piece set. Unfortunately it was veenered particle board and they exclude all particle board furniture. I would neither use them again nor recommend them.
