Be not afraid
I was not going to consider this company because they held a B rating on Better Business Bureau site when I first looked for a company. I thought I would stick with A/A+ companies - but each quoted me almost twice the amount I wound up paying. Still, I was leary of trying STI initially. But I decided to hear the salesman's explanations and offers when STI themselves contacted me from my internet query. I admit that the salesman's enthusiasm and eagerness-to-please touched me and I decided to share my concerns. After his various attempts to reassure me that service would be impeccable and guaranteed, I decided to give them a try. I was very very pleased with the crew sent me. We made multiple stops for storage pickup and all three members were professional, fast, strong and capable. Each had a terrific can-do approach to my concerns. To top it off, the final accounting came out to less than any of us had initially thought possible. I would use STI again and would recommend them without concern. They made
moving no nightmare but a dream.
