One Nation DC Movers
The
movers showed up 1.5 hours late and took lunch break less than one hour after arrival. They were friendly but incredibly slow. After overpaying an hourly rate that was inflated by inefficient personnel, we were required to pay a $75 fuel surcharge that was "normal" but not part of our estimate. After reviewing my estimate to make sure this charge was not disclosed, I requested in writing a refund for this surcharge. They didn't even bother responding. I'm left with a very sour taste for this moving company and will be filing a complaint.
